Creating Mellow Elements has been influenced by years of working with those suffering from chronic illness. Maintenance of or prevention of disease originates from within and my life mission is to empower others to reawaken and rejuvenate their self-healing abilities. The soul knows how to heal, and healing may occur in infinite ways. Whether incorporating Reiki energy therapy to repair the energy field, or spiritual health coaching to motivate self-transformation, a catalyst towards improvement awakens. I encourage active participation, by finding hidden benefits from life’s challenges, embracing personal shadows and innate light, and ultimately restoring internal harmony.
I have been an Usui Reiki practitioner since 2013, and practicing as a third degree practitioner since 2017. I have studied life coaching, herbal medicine, shamanic journeying, metaphysics and continue to seek ongoing knowledge each day. I am deeply passionate about holistic, natural healing modalities, and have a strong enthusiasm towards biology, as well as communing with the natural world. I am honored to serve as an end-of-life RN.
