The healing process continues for as long as we live. Reiki therapy does not solve every problem or make life perfect. We may come to a point of bliss and intense high and everything is going well for us; that is great! We also may be at a point in life where we are at the darkest, heaviest we have ever been and no solution is in sight—hang on during this time. Life ebbs and flows in an ongoing motion, and no emotion or experience is ever set in stone. Life is an experience of profound imperfection, and Reiki can help us embrace this reality. Self-Reiki is one of the most powerful ways we can go and heal from within.
