Reiki I training covers philosophy, history and responsibilities. Science of the energy field and preventative health is discussed. Hands-on practice provided. Reiki II training deepens understanding of the energy modality, teaches the first set of Reiki symbols and provides practice of distance energy channeling. All are welcome to sign-up and learn this gentle modality. This is intended for self-discovery, as well as an opportunity for professional and personal development.

The intention of this series is a holistic opportunity to gain deeper understanding of the human being, including overview on what I believe is our 13th body system – the energy field. By focusing on each individual chakra over the course of four months, this is an opportunity for lasting integration into daily life.
