Thursday, March 26th @ The Well in Port Angeles, join me at Gentle Discussions: Staying Grounded During Times of Chaos. From 10:15-11:15am, this is a free gathering. If the state of the world (or simply life) is overwhelming and challenges exist while navigating chaos, this is a safe space to gather and discuss solutions. Topics may include maintaining neutrality, unbiased gathering of information, and how to balance community involvement while maintaining a steady focus on our personal lives. Grounding skills are shared. All are welcome to join.
