What is sustainability? This term means to be able to sustain as long as possible; in other words, to feel well, have reasonable needs met, and to live with a fulfilling quality of life. To live life as a human being was meant to live life! Living as a human means to live as naturally as possible, based on our basic anatomical and physiological functions. Just as nature sustains effortlessly every day, every season, every year and continues to live on, us humans are able to maintain this type of sustain-ability and live to our full potential.

As a spiritual health nurse coach, I offer guidance towards a more natural, wellness-oriented and sustain-“able” lifestyle with gentleness and zero judgement. We all start somewhere.
